Is AnimeTraders.com FREE?
Yes! This is a totally FREE community! We have several paid features, such as: highlight, bold, and italics to help our listing stand out from the crowd; as well as 2 levels of Paid Memberships. But it is FREE for anyone! You do not have to be a paid member to use this website!
I didn't get any confirmation email after I registered! What do I do?
If you
did not receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes, check your Junk Box, it
may be there.
If not, contact admin: admin@animetraders.com
How does this work?
After you register, you click on "Place an
Ad", this will bring you to a step by step form to fill out. You can also
upload an image (recommended!). You set a duration for your ad to run, and then
sit back and relax! When interested members contact you with questions regarding
your listing, be prompt with answering!
You can set your listing to be: "For Sale" or "For Trade"
You can also have a traditional listing, or a real time auction! (Very much like
eBay!)
When you have sold an item, mark the item as "Sold it!" to let others
know!

What is an active listing?
An active listing are any listings you currently have. Even if they are
expired or marked as sold, they are STILL considered an active listing and count
towards your total number of ads.
To remove listings from your total, you will need to delete it! (To delete, go
view the listing, there is a check box that says delete).
What is an auction?
An auction is a listing where you set a starting price, and other users can
bid on the item for a pre-specified amount of time.
Your listing will end when the auction closes, and the highest bidder is your
buyer!
You can enable this feature right on the listing form! (It is in a dropdown
menu!)
Help! I exceeded my number of ads! What do I do?
You need to delete any old or no longer needed listings. Expired and Sold
status listings are STILL active ads and count towards your total!
Alternatively, you can become a paid member and
avoid these restrictions!
How do I know I can trust the person I am dealing with?
Every user has a feedback rating located in their member profile. We
encourage you to check the rating of a member before dealing with them!
As a seller, you are responsible for collecting payment. Do not ask the
admin or our mod-team to chase buyers down for you. We only provide the
networking service!
There is no category that my item can fit in, what can I do?
You can suggest a new category by emailing the admin: admin@animetraders.com!
We are newly established, so we really appreciate all category suggestions!
